Kenya...

The IMO in Kenya has been established since the year 2000.  Here, it has been very active in pushing forward the advancement of indigenous people.  To this end, it has put together a number of social development programme.  In addition, the IMO has helped establish a number of mosques in Mombasa. 

Both the President and vice President of the IMO have toured Kenya extensively.  Hazrat Noorul Aqtab Siddiqi Saheb in particular has several hundred Mureed across Kenya.  He also has an extensive following in the Keynan migrating community who originate in the main from South East Asia.  This includes the Sikh and Hindu communities as well as the Muslim community.

The spiritual guidance provided by Hazrat Faizul Aqtab Siddi Saheb and Hazrat Noorul Aqtabl Siddiqi Saheb has been invaluable to the local community.  They are revered across all sections of the community.  Their work has effected many positive changes in the local population, including an improved awareness of faith and its implementation in daily life. 

The way forward ...

The Kenyan people have demonstrated true racial tolerance and multiculturalism.  This has resulted in prosperity in Kenya for the last three decades.  The IMO will continue to strengthen the social fabric and encourage people to avoid the polarisation of races and embrace each other in the true spirit of humanity.

The Kenyan government has played a pivotal role in the advancement of its citizens.  The IMO will continue to strengthen all government institutions in order to establish a good example for the rest of Africa.
