The IMO in UAE enjoys the support of hundreds of Mureeds of the Naqshbandi Hijazi Sufi Order.  Because of its relatively establishment, the IMO’s activities are still in the preliminary stages.  The Members of the IMO here are engaged actively in planning the future activities of the IMO in the UAE.

The way forward ...

The people of UAE have suffered from a culture of mindless materialism.  Basing their life purely on a material premise has led to wide spread discontentment and disillusionment despite the avid wealth of their nation. The IMO aims to offer some balance to the blind material prosperity that is sought after with ethical and moral values.

The youth of the UAE share the confusion of their regional and global counterparts regarding the true meaning of their Islamic identity.  Although the culture within which they are brought up claims to emanate from Islam, they are witness to many antiIslamic practices by the purveyors of this culture.  The IMO wishes to provide access to true Islamic learning for the local youth.  The Members of the IMO, through their efforts, hope to be meaningful role models for the younger citizens of the UAE.
