...International Muslims Organisation...

USA...

The IMO was established in the United States of America in 1987.  Since its inception it has organized many conferences, seminars, rallies and debates on Islamic issues throughout America.  The IMO has acquired a piece of land in Farrockaway to build its American headquarters.  The foundation stone of this Center was laid by the founding International President Hazrat Allama Pir Muhammad Abdul Wahab Siddiqi r.a. (1942 – 1994).

The members of the IMO in the US are established in over 400 Mosques and Islamic Centers from New York to Florida.  There is a network of around 150 scholars throughout America that has promulgated the ideas of the IMO through various Universities, Colleges, Mosques and Islamic Centers.

The IMO in the US is supported by thousands of Mureeds of the Hijaz Naqshbandi Sufi Order in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Florida, California and many other states.

Hazrat Pir Noorul Aqtab Siddiqi, the Vice President of IMO has extensively toured the US in the last ten years and helped to build an infrastructure of various communities bringing harmony within themselves and to those around them.  His speeches and tours have served to bring confidence to the heart of American Muslim society

The way forward ...

Americans are transitioning through a materially centered ‘American Dream’ to one which realizes ‘conservation of resources’ being the rule rather than the exception.  The US government is beginning to understand the practical limitations of being the only superpower in the world.

The IMO hopes to offer the American citizens an opportunity to expand their ‘national dream’ to that of a ‘global human dream’.  This would take the form of being able to put forward in a practical and equal manner, the needs of the self and one’s global society.

The IMO will campaign to remind the US government the need to discharge its global duties and responsibilities by virtue of being a global superpower.
